Machine’s Feature
- Consisting ofextrusion, stretching and winding unit,this machine is designed and developed on the up-to-dated technology,by HDPE,PPas its raw.The circle thread made from the machine are oplicable for the manufacturingofropes/cables, fishing nets, con struction safty nets sun shielding nest, artificial hari, mosquito nets,brushes, as well as protective nets for the cotton fields.

The series of the machine have different spinnerets as 60,80,100,120,160,180with the thread ranging form 0.15mm to 0.35 mm the capacity ofthe machine is 15-60kg/h.The machine si compacted in its structure.ADC motor is used for stretching, thus a synchronous speed regulation and a sigle speed regulaton cand be achieved to meet the different parameters. The spinnerets are produced by the most advanced way,so that the flatness and uniformity of the thread can ensured.
